In this episode of the Mindful Journal Podcast, we explore how to find the balance between pushing yourself for growth and recognizing when itâs time to pause and rest. Life often pulls us in two directionsâstriving for more while needing to step back for recovery. How do you know when to lean into discomfort and push forward and when to listen to your body and mind telling you to rest?
Today, we dive into how to recognize when it's time to challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone, and when it's time to reevaluate your goals, practice self-compassion, and recharge. Learn the importance of honoring your limits while also striving for growth, and leave with the tools to create a sustainable, balanced path forward.

When to Push: How to recognize the signs that itâs time to step outside your comfort zone and grow (timestamp: 1:25).
